We are a new up and coming independent Lingerie retailer. We want to be the place to go for your Lingerie online. We have great customer service and nothing is too much trouble. we have currently Hundreds of satisfied customers.

All of our Lingerie is made in the European Union or, in the case of Shirley of Hollywood, the United States. The majority of our stock is held right here in our UK warehouse to ensure it gets to you quickly and with no problems.

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. In addition we support a number of accelerated checkouts such as Apple pay.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us that contains your tracking number. You can then follow your orders progress on the Royal Mail web site.

All of our deliveries are sent by Royal Mail tracked, or in the case of larger orders or outside of the UK, DPD or other major couriers. Shipping 

We offer FREE standard shipping with every order over £50 to a delivery address within the UK (including Northern Ireland). We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours or if received before 12pm, usually the same day (larger orders and during holiday seasons may take slightly longer).

For orders below £50, delivery starts at just £4.95 for Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked (signature required). There are options at the checkout stage for other delivery services.

We also offer Worldwide Shipping with prices from:-

£9.99 for delivery to European addresses 
£10.99 for delivery to Rest of World addresses

We send everything out in a plain box. There's no mention of Lingerie Style or anything else on the packaging that would indicate the contents.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, garments may only be returned if they have not been worn - other than to try on over your own underwear. 
Please note that ALL HOSIERY AND OPEN FRONT/CROTCHLESS garments are classed as an "intimate item" under law and cannot be returned once opened. 
Adult Toys of any nature must be unused/unopened and in their original packaging in order to be refunded. If any product is deemed to be used when it is returned back to us, refund will be refused and it will be sent back to you at your own cost. Our decision is final.

You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date of your item(s) by emailing if you wish to return an item for a refund. Unless an item is deemed faulty, original postage costs will not be refunded. 
Refunds will only be given where the garments have been returned to our address and are deemed to meet with the requirements previously stated. You have a duty of care to ensure all items are returned to us in the same original condition as they were received; this includes the presentation boxes. 
If the return of an item brings the original order value under the threshold for our free delivery service, and free delivery was the chosen shipping method, then the refund will be issued less the cost of the postage. 
Please ensure that all boned items (corsets, slips, and waist cinchers) are returned as received. They should not be rolled or squashed as this will damage the garment and may mean the item is received by our warehouse in an unsaleable condition. If this is the case, refund or exchange will be refused. 
On the cancellation of a contract, any sum paid by the consumer will be repaid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of cancellation. 

We strongly recommend that you send all returns by recorded delivery to ensure that you have a record of return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. 
Products may only be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same range or for another garment of equal or lower monetary value and the difference in cost refunded accordingly. 
It is recommended that if returning part of a lingerie set, you also return the coordinating pieces so we can offer you another set in the event that your exchange size is not available. 
Exchanges can take up to 30 days to complete.

Clearpay is a payment service allowing us to offer customers the ability to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

Just shop on and check out as normal. At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method.

You will be directed to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard).

If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in to your Clearpay account.

Then complete your order – easy!

Clearpay can only be used on purchases made on the website.

Clearpay is only available to customers with a UK billing address.

Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Clearpay account.

Clearpay customers have to make their first payment at the time of purchase.

. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal instalments from your selected payment method.

If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Clearpay to make your payments early. Clearpay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

You can log in to your Clearpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

A £6 late payment fee will be charged if funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due.

An additional £6 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days.

Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.

Yes, you may use promotional codes with Clearpay to pay for your purchase as long as your order total is over £10.

Clearpay returns follow our standard return process. 

Please note, refunds for Clearpay will be refunded from to Clearpay.

We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.

As soon as the refund is processed it will drop into your Clearpay online account.

*Your payment schedule will be provided to you. If you fail to make a payment on time, you will be charged a late fee of £6 with an additional £6 fee added after 7 days if payment is still unpaid.
